Netstar OFFLINE totally

Today I have been unable to get through to Netstar using any of their contact numbers. Others in my office have also tried by landline and cellphone but all unable to get Netstar to answer any call on any of their listed numbers. This is very serious and what option would one have if there was a high jacking or vehicle theft. Its totally ridiculous.
