Netstar Not Installed Yet We're Being Billed

I honestly dont know what to do anymore

My father has his vehicle that is supposed to have a unit installed on his vehicle. We paid an installation fee, and have been paying a subscription fee of R199 since last year April 2023.

Only this year do we discover that the unit was never installed. They only installed nano trackers. Fortunately our car has not been ****** yet and we cannot put anyone's feet to the fire yet. I want the unit installed.

I have called the call center several times and at the end of all these interactions, I requested to have a manager call me, and they commit to have a manager call me, but this has been the biggest lie EVER.

They refuse to call me back.
