Netstar not delivering - poor service

I am disappointed at Nestar, their service sucks, I have been reporting an issue with my panic button for the past 3 months and they keep coming up with different issues up until now. Last week I fitted a new system but it is still giving same issues. I am so close to cancelling this service. I have more than 10 references as is for each and every call I have made, I just don't know what to do anymore. Last ref-CAS ***-F1Y9
