Netstar no where to be found.

I tried tracking my care on the App, it showed ignition off at my house. When I pressed the panic button no one called. I tried to call their customer care number ***the line is not working, I tried their other number ***, a guy answered and put me on hold until the phone call was cut. I then decided to send an email to *** and I still have not had a response. So what do I do now. I do not feel their are trustworthy if it is this hard get hold of them.
