Netstar- No Star

I have contacted Netstar contact centre regarding Netstars options for real time fuel monitoring. I spoke to a consultant that had no information on the product. I needed information urgently as I require the system for a truck to be installed. This consultant was confused and has no knowledge on the product. She couldn’t advise on pricing or even if you can track the fuel on your application

I contacted them twice and even made mention that I am a client that is part of MIway insurance who Netstar is affiliated to.

Netstar this is dissapointing, as we thought that you’rl are a professional company and your staff need to be properly trained
