Netstar NO SERVICE!!!!

My first time dealing with Netstar, what a terrible experience! Purchase new car, they installed a Netstar tracing, took days fro someone to contact me, the call centre contact but have no idea what is going on, tried caling Netsar HO, no response, left messgae on web to call no response. I NEVER want to rely on tehse guys to track my car if ******!!!!
