NETSTAR- no response!!!!!

i needed my car to be fitted with a tracking device to have it insured and my insurance company requested Netstar to contact me. A few days later they contacted me and we did the deal over the phone. i am still waiting over a week later for something to happen. Netstar is silent. in the meanwhile i cannot use my vehicle because it is no covered as is required. WAITING FOR NETSTAR. i even contacted the insurance company to see if they could get them to wake up from their stupor. i called in to Netstar and no body seems to know anything, except to blame the previous Netstar employee. If this how Netstar operates, then i can only imagine what their service would be like in an emergency. Pathetic.
