Netstar most pathetic !!!

Jassis ... i am beyond p*&^d off !! Every 6 months i have to fight with this company for the last 5 years!! From having my vehicle in the garage but telling me it is 30km away where i was 3 days before to them coming to "Fix" it only to constantly happen again to me then buying a new vehicle and requesting to move my unit only for them to only do something about my request a month later after many follow ups to the latest one .... I request my logbooks only for them to tell me that because they upgraded my unit 3months ago & that ALL of my data from my logbooks is GONE because i had a new unit installed !!! Surely they store it on a cloud or are they still in 1984 - No warning that it would happen .. or that all my data will be lost !! Now i pay for a service which includes a logbook that i can pull but actually wait -they cant find my data ! Netstar - u are pathetic !
