Netstar more like ****Star

My vehicle was ****** on the 6th of July. I had a Safe and Sound Telematics Ins with a recovery warranty. I've been trying to get or claim against my warranty and Netstar has been giving me the runaround. Their RWS claims to "The amount will be paid within 60 (sixty) days of the Subscriber providing Netstar with the documentation it requires to process the claim." . Its now day 103 and no one seems to be able to get in touch with me based on my claim.
