Netstar: Money Greedy

Being debited after being told my account is paid and finish and requested a copy of my call spoke to the agent who advised he will log this I'm still waiting on feedback. This morning they attempted to debit my account again. I will never ever recommend this car tracking company to anyone I'll rather have my car ****** and not recovered and have my insurance paid out.
