NETSTAR MIDRAND

23 January 2023. Visit NETSTAR H.O. Midrand... Extremely helpful.... HOWEVER.... I am advised to select a date for my fitment upgrade, which I duly did.... I receive confirmation that the Technician will be at my home on the prescribed date at 11am..... LOW AND BEHOLD..... THEY CHANGE THE DATE with no contact whatsoever. Then when you try and phone..... the poor lady who is tasked with answering the phone..... WELL..... Needless to say NO WONDER THEY HAVE such a poor rating of 3.5 stars..... Let's hope GRANT FRASEER can make a difference.... because the staff DO NOT BOTHER TO CALL ANYONE BACK.
