NETSTAR LEAVE ME ALONE

Netstar always gave me a good service but unfortunately i had to leave them because the insurance company i was with told me they dont recomment their device, i then called cancellations, still today they want money from me and honestly im tired of their accounts department calling me because i cancelled the services months and months back, what is wrong with these tracker companies?????????
