Netstar Lacks Integrity and Ethics - Never Use them

Netstar consistently refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing, displaying a deficiency in communication, ethics, and integrity. The consultant neglects to listen or escalate issues but simply reads out what is on the system. The installation of the tracking unit occurred without prior notification or consent. Additionally, an incorrect amount is being debited from my account. Netstar is in clear violation of established standards.
