Netstar Lack of Customer Service

I have repeatedly followed up about a previous contract not being cancelled when I sold the vehicle and fitted a new unit into a new vehicle. Every time the agent will call me back after investigation, and it never happens. Call centre manager was going to review their recordings and call me back, didn’t happen either. Seems getting money out of people is more important than customer service or client retention. Utterly pathetic. I will recommend to every person I speak to, to avoid using this company.
