Netstar- Lack in Diversity for Products.

I have a vehicle that I am considering to be traded-in and I made an Inquiry to Netstar about getting a new device for the new vehicle. So I was told this:

"Netstar does not do a device only if you want a new device only for your new vehicle you need to take a new contract, but they can come take your old device from your old car and place that into your new car for R600.00"

If you are a contract holder and been with Netstar for years surely an organisation of this stature has the ability to offer your customers a service that offers device only replacements at a fee instead of using a old device with a change-over price of R600.00.

In a time where people are cash strapped diversification for customer care is needed. This will be my last year I use this service from Netstar.

By the way your technicians did the installations at my workplace and I have seen on the work camera exactly were your technicians have put the devices maybe I can save myself that R600.00.
