Netstar is useless

I have two tracking devices that I reported a month ago that they are not working, they have not come out to fix them even now, everytime you call them, they tell you its escalated, how do you escalate something for a month, they are useless, I will publish they their pathetic service to everyone i know, to tell their friends not to use their service, i sometimes wonder if they really do recover the vehicles when ******, am glad my contract is coming to an end, maybe that's the reason their are not fixing my devices
