Netstar is useless
Why can't we get zero stars? Why complain about a service that's none existant. I have their "top of the range" tracking device fitted that does absolutely nothing. I have experienced attempted hijacking and used the panic button and their call center called to confirm if everything was right which I rep**** with a desperate plea for help. They asked me if the ********* had taken the car but I responded and said I still had the vehicle but were being chased. They said they couldn't assist me and I have to first get hijacked and only then they will assist. NETSTAR IS USELESS
