Netstar is Useless

Most useless company ever, they put stones on the N4 after middelburg, we stopped the car abd bandits with a gun came out and started shooting and wanted the car, i called netstar they confirmed me and told me the car is standing still, i responded yes is see the guys fiddling with the car come and help me. they ask for my phone, itell its the car, they say lets rather put you in contact with the police. I tell them the people are in the process of hijacking my car, they tell me sorry theres nothing they can do except put me in contact with police, i tell her i already called the police. and ran out of airtime on my friends phone. what a bunch of none caring lossers.. what is the purpose of an emergency lline if you are not going to sens a team to ensure my saftey in a hijack.
