Netstar is useless

This is the wors service i have ever had!! I bought a new car and want to put the old divice in my new car i emaild and never hade a feedback a week and a half later i heard from them then they cant help me whe i want to i have to fall in with them.then finaly we came with i date. Now the fone me and tel me that they cant help me because the have a braai the day before and the are sceard the technicalswill sell like boose!! How on earth can you tell you're clients that!! After two week im still waiting and i have to pay with no Netsar in my car!! How do you do business like that!! This is useless i will not use them again and i will make sure everybody knows that they are useless!!!
