Netstar is unreliable and service is pathetic

My vehicle was ******, they didn't help me at all, useless tracker ever, would not recommend it for females, maybe they only treated me like that because I couldn't speak for myself and raise my voice, they don't even want to cancel my membership, what am I paying for when they refused to assist me when my vehicle was ******. Ive spoken to a lady this morning and advised the cancelation department will help and she dropped the call on me.
