Netstar is unreliable

So disappointed with Netstar, I've been with netstar for more than 5 years, had 3 cars under netstar , never made any claims for the past 5 years, latest car added the 3rd car was ****** on the 5th of May 2025, Netstar failed to recover my car. there only recovered the 2 tracking devices without the car, another tracking company which was Matrix was able to recover my car, I then decided to cancel the other 2 contract which i heard with Netstar. However on the 5th of September i received a notification from -GL ATTORNEY stating that I owe Netstar which I do not owe , so I called netstar asking what do you i owe as none of the cars are active surprisingly the car that Netstar could not recover was still active on their system which was strange because there are no tracking devices, to date this issue is not resolved and I haven't received feedback from netstar regarding this enquiry and im still receiving emails , phone calls and sms from GL ATTORNEY because Netstar handed over this matter when in actual fact i do not owe them anything and they have a full report of my car that they could not recover. All i have from Netstar are cas No - 11 September 2025-CAS -***, 18 September 2025-CAS *** with no feedback or any sense of urgency from Netstar while my financial profile is being tarnished by Netstar because they are *********** and their service delivery team is terrible as I'm still waiting for feedback.
