Netstar is unfairly ruining my credit because their processes are a mess!!

I've been going back and forth with Nudebt because Netstar handed my account over. Resolving it is impossible.

I've sent them proof on multiple occasions that i cancelled my contract with Netstar, and NOBODY ever got back to me regarding any outstanding conditions. 36 months had lapsed and i was on month to month so there are early cancellation fees that I owe Nestar. Now Im being threatened to be reported to the bureau because Netstar cant handle its processes.
