Netstar is trying to **** me

I have been ****ed and traumatized by Netstar tracking company,I have joined a insurance company who promised me to give me free tracking through Netstar,now I have cancelled my insurance,Netstar is now claiming I have a contract/agreement with them I disputed because I have never signed or verbally agreed to be in contract with Netstar my contract was with insurance company I never paid Netstar during my period with my insurance company,if my insurance paid it was their own arrangements.if I wanted to be in contract with Netstar I would have joined contract with them.
