Netstar is trash

Netstar is not to be trusted; their customer service is atrocious. They only consent for their own gain. I called and explained that I am having financial difficulties and cannot afford to pay my premium; I simply asked them to reduce my premium because my vehicle is no longer working and I have no other source of income; I was told that they would contact me. I had to follow up on my query because I was never attended to for almost two months... Mind you, they are busy deducting their money, which I told them I did not have and could not afford... I had to follow up on my query because I was never attended to... I've sent emails but have yet to receive a response...Do not be deceived by their claims that they care about their clients and such; it may appear that way before you sign up with them, but after you do, they will treat you like garbage... Whether you have money or not, you are compelled to give it to them.
