NETSTAR IS THE WORST TRACKING DEVICE !!!

The worst tracking device, my experience with them has been horrific, I have asked them to come and remove a tracking device from my old vehicle which i sold Back in February 2024, to date they have not given me any service. I then bought a new vehicle the same month and asked if they could re-install the tracker on my new vehicle, They have not done so at all. They are now claiming I owe them R1841 and busy threatening me with lawyers and stating they will blacklist me. My question is how does one pay for a service which they are not utilising. Kindly Please assist.
