Netstar is the worst tracking company

Netstar only deducts money from my account but fails to provide services. I realized few weeks back that my tracker has long stopped working, it's been three months. Upon realizing that I called them and they said it's due for renewal. I indeed renewed my contract on the 9th of September but they haven't installed trackers till today. I wrote to them to cancel my contract cause I am tired of waiting.
