Netstar is the worst.

I was involved in a car accident last year (06/08/2023), I’ve been using Netstar for my tracker since 2012 and I’ve changed batteries on my old car and they never picked that up, I was involved in a car accident on the 06/08/2023 they never contacted me. I sent an email to cancel my account, they never responded. To fast forward, netstar is still deducting an amount of R139.37 monthly and the car with a write off since last year August. Can you please assist.
