Netstar is so unprofessional

Its been weeks now since I have been waiting gor someone from Netstar to come and install tracking device on my vehicle. It’s frustrating, everytime I call someone promises to call me back and they never do. I am mow at risk because if my car would be ****** or hi jacked my insurance would not pay out. I really think this service os pathetic. I am even thinking of opting out of this arrangement and look for another tracking company. And no you cant hold me to that contract because netstar has dismally failed to play their part. Pathetic pathetic pathetic ????
