Netstar is robbing it's clients

I had my car fitted with a netstar tracking device for a 2 year contract. I lost my job and unfortunately I could not afford the tracker anymore. Out of decency I contacted them to cancel the tracker until I could afford to reactivate it again. They refused and handed me over to debt collectors. The interest was charged monthly while I was unemployed and upon receiving a job I called to ask for reactivation and was told to first pay up my outstanding debt and reapply from scratch. Unemployed trying to make arrangements to put a hold on my account due to affordability instead you are put in to more debt and your credit record is comprised. Excuse my French but I'm gonna call a spade a spade, Netstar is f... up.
