Netstar is problematic.

Good day My Name is Thato Maduna and i have an account with netstar..in March Nestar handed over my account to PM8hybrid collections of which i owed Nestar R 341.07 and the amount was debited on the 25 March 2021 and again 26 March 2021 and lastly they debited the same amount on the 27 March 2021. So my account was debited 3 times for the same amount, and now i have recieved a statement that still shows that i still owe them R347.01 again...what happened to the amount of R347.01 that they debited on the 25 March 2021 because the other 2 debit orders i had to reverse them?
