Netstar is pathetic

Last year I received a message from netstar stating that my alarm went off. When I requested help, I had no response. Netstar called me today, saying that my alarm went off, so I asked if they could locate my car. According to the my car was in Bedfordview when I was in my car not in Bedfordview. They are so useless, Im not sure why I am paying them every month. Totally pathetic service.
