Netstar is pathetic as a whole

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Pathetic is not the word.. I have been having endless problems.. My latest problem came last week Friday where my device was not signaling violations to me. I reported it on Tuesday last week, i spoke to many consultants who kept saying they will get back to me ands still my query lies unattended. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of tevin who garunteed me he will investigate amd get back to me, he hasn't. I called in yesterday they told me hes on lunch amd he will call me back. I called again then they told me hes knocked of.. I have left many messages for him, he still hasn't attended to my query amd im here still paying for services which are not working.. Netstar is pathetic. Please stay away from them
