Netstar is pathetic

Absolutely ridiculous service from Netstar, I’ve taken insurance for my vehicle through Budget insurance and I’ve added the tracker as part of the insurance because it was quite cheap. I sold the vehicle and cancelled the insurance, only to find out that the bill then goes on to Netstar and they charge you every month and it’s a 36 month contract. Something I had no clue about and honestly wouldn’t ever take because in the event of anything happening to the vehicle, I have to get another vehicle to replace it. So I told them that I was more then happy to just change over the tracker from one vehicle to my new vehicle because I wouldn’t mind keeping the tracker with Netstar. Netstar then gives me an ultimatum, pay R800 if I want to change it to another vehicle or if I want to cancel it on a whole I must pay R1200. I Cut the call and called back to speak to somebody else, that person tells me I have to pay R600 if I want to change to another vehicle and R1400 to cancel it completely. Netstar is a *****, very quick to make the sale but they don’t emphasise anything about the terms and conditions especially for cancellation. There has been no negotiation or even an attempt to assist me in any way to retain my policy with them. Absolutely disgusting! I would never ever recommend anyone to them!!
