Netstar is not truthful about their policies upfront nor when requested

Netstar has all these terms and conditions and policies in which we’re not communicated to me when I entered their contract. I need my tracker to be moved from my old car to the new car I’m purchasing and I’m being told they can’t do that based on their policies

Mind you policies which were not read out to me nor are they wanting to send me those policies as proof of this

Can i get assistance with this cause the agent and his manager which I spoke to are not willing to assist
