NETSTAR IS NOT SAFE ANYMORE

I recently had my nephew go onto the netstar chat on my WhatsApp and mistakenly he pressed cancel, netstar without any verification or call just canceled my account , I called in they said they will re instate then charged me a fee for cancelling around R2000 I called back they said it's a mistake and as per an email from me on the 9/10 they will reinstate its now 28/10 and it hasn't been reinstated. I advised an agent by the name of Stanley Goliath that we now have finger prints and a face recognition on our phones should we get hijacked they can easily unlock our phones or ask us for the code , go in netstar and press cancel and take the vehicle. Stanley is rather asking me how old is my son , this is a joke how easy it is to ***** a vehicle now easily get our phones unlocked cancel contract as no verification is needed and take the vehicle. If hi jackers know of this amazing feature for them then our vehicles are their vehicles.
