Netstar is not following its own procedures but its always ready to debit more than is due to them

If you thought that Home Affairs was worse, try Altech Netstar as a tracking company for your car. I have never got a migraine from any company like have been getting from Netstar. September 2023 I have been trying to cancel Netstar Drive, 18 Septermber 2023 an email was sent from netstar customer service to the Netstar Drive, to cancel the contract and to even get in touch with me. Nobody from netstar drive attempted to call me. October 2023 another deduction goes off my account, i called netstar back to try and understand why are they still deducting for netstar drive. The lady i was talking to informed me that the cancellation takes 30 days and and i was assured that by 18 October 2023 the additional service will be cancelled and ill go back to paying my normal premium. Yeah right November i was back at calling netstar because i mean why are they still deducting for this nightmare, we tried doing a conference call and yep Netstar drive did not pick up. For reasons unknown to me this netstar drive was cancelled in December, however January again they debited my account with an amount know to them only, February too and now March. If there is a company that has been a thron in my ******, the trophy goes to netstar and netstar drive. then they turn around and tell me that reversing their overpayment is causing all this drama. PLEASE GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER BEFORE BLAMING THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO ***** MONEY FROM. DONT MAKE YOUR PROBLEMS MY PROBLEMS!!!!!!
