Netstar is **********

On the 23 of April I cancelled my netsar contract due to financial and other reasons then they told me the cancellation fee was going to be R972 I therefore explained to them that due to one of the reasons I'm cancelling my contract I won't be able to pay the full amount, if they could maybe allow me to pay it in 2 months and they refused and as I had told them their debit order bounced, now I receive a new statement they added another amount after I cancelled their service and have handed over my account. Netstar is not a peoples company, it rips people off and they do not notify you of the terms and conditions when they offer you the contract. I'm very unhappy.
