Netstar is easy to debit your account but not Easy to repair your unit when it gives isues

good morning

i will like to warn the people about netstat i Struggle now to fix my unit from the 26 June 2024 so there come to with there team on the 27 June 2024 to repair it and it did not even last a WEEK and yesterday there come again on the 4 July 2024 to repair it again and this morning i notice it is still not pic up my and show my report on the app

I'M so tired of struggle to get my unit repair but there refuse to cancel my contract without a penalty but in the meantime I'm losing income because this is insurance issue as my Insurance policy state that i need a tracker working

So, i request them to Cancel my contract without any penalties charges as i have given them 2 changes to repair my device or finally repair it for good with no issues

my device doesn't save on my app my report and don't show any rides Please sort this out or cancel my policy today / morning still with no penalties

Well i want my account close without penalty as your service and customer care is not help full att all just esculating woth no feed back and i wount pay for a tracker that dont work soni request that manager phone me asap and dont allow NETSTAR to debit my banking account any more

Just spoke to Netstar there is not even a manger and a supervisor on dutie just no feedback on my app that dont working

Or there canceled my tracker today with no penalties or i will contact onitsman

Good morning

I have spoke to manager and she run back check now and never come back to me well i ask to cancell my policy with no penalties as im strugle 26 june 2024 to sort this out

But the netstar stand no CUSTOMER SERVICE and i will never trust them with my assets as there don't really care
