Netstar is abusing me and don't respect ppls privacy

I was in volved in an accident in November 31 2020 netstar alert reported the crush my car was written off by the insurance that I was with but they continue to debit my money. I called to cancel they didn't want I told them I no longer have a car I can't be paying for tracker whilst I don't have a car. Apparently some one bought that car and they sending me the invoice and all the data on that car. So now I can see all the movements of my previous car I feel they invading his or her privacy. And they also told me the device no longer works due to the crash.
