We had the top of the range early warning system fitted to my daughter’s car on 10 October 2022 and it had to be replaced on the 12th and 14th due to giving inaccurate positioning up to 25km away from where the vehicle was. Each technician was requested to properly reassemble the vehicle’s body parts loosed or removed for the fitment due to a previous incident where a panel came loose and nearly caused a fatal accident. On 16 October 2022 the same panel not properly reassembled came loose again and left my daughter stranded on the N3 in the vicinity of Villiers on her way to Potchefstroom. She used the panic button and activated the companion add on function to be assisted and just got a call that that the call center will ask the manager of the relevant department to assist at about 12:30 and to date more tan 12 hours later nobody called back and they just left her stranded next to the road and did not care what happened to her and negated on their contractual obligation to provide on-demand emergency response service that dispatches the nearest Armed Response Officer or Emergency Medical Services to your location whenever you tap the app on your smartphone.
