Netstar is a Rogue company

Taken a policy with Oakhurst insurance, sister company to netstar. Note that once you take the policy they do a fittment of a tracker unit that binds you to a 3 year contract. If you intend to change your insurence company then you still liable to settle netstar. Netstar had a vehicle registered as a Mazda for a number of year whilist it was a B M W. Called them on numerous occasions to fix my problem. Was never done . Once i stop paying the debit order i received their attention. But however by then all the recordings where some how deleted as i was claiming my monies back. Advise. DO NOT USE NETSTAR. THEIR ARE MANY COMPANIES THAT DO THE SAME WORK WITH BETTER REPONSES TO YOUR REQUESTS. STAFF AT NETSTAR ARE VERY RUDE AND NEVER FOLLOW UP ON QUERIES. I personally do not recommend Netsar to anyone .
