NETSTAR IS A NO GO dont trust them

I want to worn every one to not use NETSTAR as there actually need a 0 star rating as from the 26June 20224 i have isues with my tracker so there come out to fix on 27th June 2024 and today 24th July 2024 there has come out but now suddenly my App dont show my last trips and if my vehicle ignition is off or on i want this to been fix asap

Please ass you did come out yesterday to fix my tracker i will ask to request to come and fix it today as it is currently not working also as i need to get back to work and can not lose more money as i dont work now because my insurance wount cover me

Now i have again a isue with my tracker not even last me 6th month and is like the app dont update i receive all the time message about alarm the office receive
