Netstar is a DisaStar

I have had a Netstar tracking system in my vehicle for 10 years.<br> Whenever I have tried to test the system they have been unable to find my vehicle, but always have excuses.<br> They never call back despite promising to do so.<br> I have now cancelled my contract and had the unit removed.<br> On removing the unit it was found that the original installation was not done properly as the Netstar backup battery was never connected with the result that my vehicle batteries were constantly going flat.<br> I have tried to discuss the situation with them but no senior person is ever available and will not take the trouble to call back.
