Netstar is a **** and quick to blacklist

I bought a car in 2019 at hyundai Strydompark which included a free Netstar tracker for 3 years without pay, to my surprise the tracker was never installed and I am still paying for it till today because its included in my car installment. I then decided to change my insurance and went with First for women, I was told the cover includes a Netstar Tracker, however I was not happy with the insurance because it did not cover other important stuff and their premium was high. I cancelled that Insurance now here is the problem. Netstar has placed me under credit Bereau for not paying. I have been trying to get this sorted because why the hell would you say I owe you when infact you the ones who owes me. Make that make sense. What happened to that deal you had with Hyundai Strydompark regarding my tracker .why is that not dealt with . Before you send your lawyers get your facts straight. When i tried to inquire i was told I must be the one who calls Hyundai and ask for my money. Why me ? When you are the ones who sold me a deal and never fulfilled your promises. I need answers.
