Netstar is a ****! They have different people calling every month selling you extra benefits. One consultant (Khutso) called me and said he wants to explain my benefits and check if my details are correct on their system. Just by doing that he logs an extra debit of R89 on my premium which I did not agree to. They even worse sent me the recording of my conversation with Khutso and said the terms and conditions were explained so I cannot get a refund. This is a LIE because in those calls he speaks casually like this is a routine check call. Doesn’t mention an extra fee at all. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.
