NETSTAR IS A ****!!!!

I started using Netstar when I bought my car in 2019 June. All was well until my tracker expired and they had to come and install a new one. They promised to come in July, made an appointment and they never showed up. I called again and again and again until October, all these moths I am paying for service I did not have. I stopped paying in November. And told them I will pay once they come to install a device. Now I am done with them I want to cancel the contract, these ****mers do not want to cancel my contract because I owe them money of the tracker I did not have!!!!. Guess what? My case has now been handed over to the collectors for me to pay for something I did not have. hen I call them they say I must send an email. I send an email and no one responds!!! You guys are a joke. So terrible!!!
