Netstar insurance racket.

My tenants vehicle was ****** out of my property. I contacted our armed security company who responded with lightning speed. I asked the Netstar representative to tell us where the vehicle was as our security company had saturated the area and just needed the location, but Netstar refused to share the location with the security company and the ******* got away from the area. Netstar eventually "recovered" the vehicle which was already stripped. The reason why Netstar do not share the position with security services or the police is because they want to claim the recovery fee from the insurance company. Its all a nasty little ****. You pay for the tracker subscription, and they make cash from the insurance company. Netstar has no interest in stopping ********* *****ing vehicles. It's all about them making money out of crime. The fact that my property's keys and remotes are in the hands of ********* is not a problem to Netstar. If Netstar has shared the location of the vehicle with my security company the perpetrators would have definitely been stopped and I would not have to replace the locks and remotes. Thank you Netstar, for doing nothing to stop vehicle theft. What a nice little **** you lot have going there.
