Netstar Inefficient and incorrect Tracking Devices

Netstar please come take your nonsense unot out of my vehicle? My heart can't take these false locations anymore and me driving out to find my vehicle is not there. Your emergency line further comes with **** diagnosis telling me that my battery is malfunctioning HOW with a brand new battery?? I complained about this wrong location issue after installation and had your technicians come and fix but the problem persists. Imagine if my car was ******? Come take this nonsense unit out. I'm sick of this.
