Netstar inefficiency

Whilst Netstar seem to have the better technologies with automatic proximity arming and disarming and panic remote they are exceptionally *********** in their administration and duty of care. I have now cancelled my 3 contracts with them as I found out that they cancelled one vehicle without authority or my knowledge which left the occupants at risk and if the car has been ****** the insurance company would not have paid. Netstar then had the audacity to claim I had issued an instruction but were unable to show proof by e mail or voice recording. Also as a money saver they have taken to sending sms messages (like other Tracking Companies ) . My opinion is that this is a useless form of communication as if I am being hijacked the hijackers know this and will probably have my phone. I decided to not respond to theses messages and two times out of five, even though they received no response they did not follow up
