Uneducated staff with absolute no concern for customer service !!

On three different request I have requested for the cancelation of my account as they are ***********.

On two occasions I had phoned them to request changing of my registration as I was receiving text to me where I identified my registration was wrong.

So in the event that my car is ****** they would not be able to retrieve it as they would be looking for the wrong car. Till date is has not been changed !!!.

First attempt: After requesting my ID number after I provided it they never cancelled. Second attempt: Then They requested my Registration which I knew was wrong they never cancelled. Third attempt: Requesting all my information, ID, Registration, Account, Vehicle Vin, Motor engine number, Make, Model THEY STILL DID NOT Cancel.

So my question is ??? What had I been paying for ??????

I refuse to pay any additional money and have requested they acknowledge this from my first attempt.

And I also state on this platform that I will not pay any further fees to them and they will be accountable for any additional deductions from date.
